I love this kind of novella I love that you can use them for a quick escape to somewhere else for an afternoon and have the whole story be finished This is such a great one I love the fun way that Lacey meets Noah and that they have no idea that they both have a connection to the groom until right before the wedding That was such a fun secret for the reader to have from the characters I loved Lacey and her two adorable daughters I love the way she works hard to be both mom and dad since her ex really doesn t have a lot to do with them, except for basically ordering them to appear at his wedding I didn t really like the ex.Noah was great too I loved the way he went out of his way to help Lacey And find her a job And I really loved the way he was with her daughters He was a true gentleman where their dad wasn t.This is such a fun novella Go grab it yourself and take an afternoon jaunt to the Pacific Coast

Fun RomanceI enjoyed this romance with the wedding set in one of my favorite places to visit However, it started in the stark desert wasteland of eastern California as two connect casually and cautiously Only later do they realize they have of a connection either initially guessed The author did a masterful job of leaving the reader guessing when Noah and Lacey were going to figure out that greater connection, which added an air of suspense The characters were well developed, even those I loved to hate I recognized the personality type of the ex, Jeff, which made it real to me This was a delightful romance for those who want a break from the world and assurance that good things come to those who take a chance.

This is a sweet fast read romance novella This novella does not have the normal depth to the story and characters that Laura Walker s other books have This is very typical for novella because the shorter storyline does not give time for such development If you are looking for a sweet short romance than this story is just what you are looking for Lacey is a spunky single mom Noah is charming and the perfect gentlemen who treats Lacey and her daughters how every women would love to be treated Lacey s ex husband is selfish and rude and easy to dislike Lacey s twins are sweet and lovable.
