    I was so excited to start listening to this book I ve been looking for books to enhance my yoga practice and this one came at the perfect time Dr Belisa s claim that the practice will change you life is no exaggeration Once I realized how terrible of a breather I was, I couldn t stop thinking about my breath throughout the day The exercises are easy and relatively quick, while the benefits are great and numerous I listened to the audio version of this book and I feel like there are definitely pros and cons to the audio over the written copy Pro Dr Belisa has a wonderfully calming voice full of authority and understanding The extra CD with guided breathing meditation practices almost make up for the cons of the audio Cons The chapters are broken up into individual tracks so it s easy to switch between them However, it s difficult to bookmark or note important places, thus it s difficult to go back to review how an exercise is done I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

    I loved this book I will admit that I was skeptical about it at first Then I started reading it and could see the benefits that were outlined throughout the book I have briefly tried a couple of the exercises, and could tell a difference almost immediately I plan to start from the beginning again, and commit to the 14 day plan I have no doubt that I will see amazing results at the end Of course, this is something that will continue long past the 14 days, as I see a lifetime of change coming, for the better I think that this is something that would benefit everyone I strongly recommend this book I received an arc from the publisher via NetGalley This is my honest and unbiased review.

    I loved this book I found this book on a blog post about someone s morning practice and was immediately interested, so I picked up the book on and I m damn glad I did Just by reading this book over the past few days my stress level became much lower almost to a point of being nonexistent I don t think I ve ever had a day in my life with little to no stress I already feel like I m breathing better and it s only been a few days Now to set up the workout for myself and do the daily meditation and I can really see my breathing and posture improve even .
